Shaun G. MacKenzie, P.E.
President
Since 2001, Shaun has been practicing transportation planning and engineering for both the public and private sectors. He is an expert in transportation operations, planning, and design. He is responsible for developing and implementing the Strategic Plan, managing daily operations, and ensuring quality.

Kevin Trepanier, P.E.
Vice President & Project Manager
Since 2012, Mr. Trepanier has been an integral part of MacKenzie Engineering and Planning, Inc. Mr. Trepanier is experienced in a variety of projects, including: traffic signal design, traffic engineering studies, transportation planning studies, parking studies, traffic operations, roadway design, and construction management.

Enel Jean-Juste
Project Manager, Reserve Specialist, CGP Inspector
Enel joined the team in 2016. He specializes in community services, reserve studies, gate design, traffic control device studies, turnover studies, land development, civil engineering and design, and construction management services.

Project Manager
After interning for two summers, Chris joined the MacKenzie Engineering and Planning, Inc. team. He specializes in transportation planning and design, civil engineering and design, and land development.

Branch Manager
Beau is a Golden Retriever rescue. He is responsible for keeping a positive office morale. He enjoys interacting with clients and staff, performing field inspections, and diving into any surface-water related issues.
